About me

Hello, I'm Cole

I'm a creative psychotherapist and somatic practitioner, and a registered dramatherapist (HCPC). I've spent ten years across residential, community and education settings, as a support worker, in management, and as a therapist.

Why this work
You have to be willing to get messy with them.
Something a mentor said to me early on

People are messy. The work is messy. Everyone is different, and being around people who have experienced significant trauma can feel overwhelming.

Which is exactly why everyone has to work together, communicate, support each other and reflect. And why staff wellbeing has to be prioritised, and people validated for how complex the work is.

Outside of work

I'm creative, and I pick up new hobbies constantly. I'm drawn to holistic practice, to yoga, and to being outside. Most of what I learn there finds its way back into the work eventually.

Which is partly where the workshops came from

We can take it from there.

You don't have to be sure therapy is right for you before getting in touch. You are welcome to send an email or arrange a free consultation.
