We can start with wherever you are.
I'm Cole. I offer a warm, collaborative space where talking is part of the work, as well as other ways to explore your experiences.

Creative psychotherapist and somatic practitioner
Registered dramatherapist (HCPC)
You don't have to be sure therapy is right for you.
Are you questioning your identity, sexuality, or trying to work out what you really want from life outside of the needs of others?
You might feel like everyone else was given a rulebook for life that you somehow missed, or have recently received an autism or ADHD diagnosis and want to better understand yourself.
You might be struggling with overwhelming feelings and want to find ways to respond that feel better for you.
You might want support in navigating difficult conversations and communicating your needs to the people in your life.
Talking is part of my work, as well as other ways to explore your experiences.
My approach is integrative. I draw on somatic work as well as talking, art, music and image, in whatever combination works best for you, so there is more flexibility and more than one way in.
My aim is to create enough space and safety for us to become curious about what's happening for you, at your own pace.
Who I work with
I have extensive experience working with attachment and relationships, neurodivergence, trauma, emotional difficulties, and LGBTQ+ people and people questioning their sexuality or identity.
Seasonal workshops
Group workshops in nature, using the seasons to explore play, and connection with yourself and others.
Work with children and young people? I also work with organisations: reflective practice, consultation and support for staff teams.
